Our Staff

Performance employs local staff to ensure that we are providing jobs to members of the community. Utilising local staff also means that we are able to have any emergency situation cleaned up in a timely manner as staff will be local and we would seek community conscious personnel.

All staff employed by Performance Cleaners must pass police vetting and drug testing prior to employment and at the employers discretion through-out their employment.

Performance Cleaners ensures that this important security status is reviewed annually and staff positions are conditional upon confirmation of status quo.

All staff employed by Performance are provided with uniforms and an ID badge which they are required to wear while on any client sites and indeed at all times during their hours of employment.
